My Keyboard will not light up or turn on?Updated 2 years ago

If your keyboard is not lighting up or turning on please do the following.

1. The cord going from the PC to the keyboard should be USB to the computer and Special USB C type cable to the keyboard.
2. If it does not light up or turn on flip the USB type C cable around on the keyboard.
3. If one half the keyboard is not lighting up flip the USB C type connecting cable on the right half of the keyboard.

(these are custom USB C cables with special pin sets so it needs to be seated properly)
